Structural and Foundational Repair

Applewood Quality Builders is a concrete contractor that prides itself on doing structural repairs. Often we are called in to perform advanced and challenging work because of our experience.

One recent example was a house that had a broken drain pipe. Unfortunately, it was impossible to ascertain where the break was even with the camera.

We took our best guess and dug a hole to investigate further to pinpoint the breakage.

The first hole didn't yield the broken pipe but luckily we were able to get an exact fix on its location with our fiber optic cameras. 

Our second hole was spot on.  We were able to repair the pipe with minimum damage to the property.  After we cleaned up, you could hardly tell that we had been there. 

This is an inside shot of a structural repair to a residential basement that had cracks and was leaning inward due to years of poor drainage near the foundation wall.

This is an outside shot of the repair being done to residence in above photo; these were the steel piercings that we installed to hold the wall structurally straight.
