Our Warranty

As most of us know, in Colorado, due to the temperature variation and unstable soil, especially bentonite, it is very unusual to find any concrete company willing to guarantee concrete flatwork. However, after over 20 years of experience, we feel strongly that if the perpetration is done correctly with all precautions taken, even with Colorado weather and soil conditions, the newly poured concrete should not have any major problems in the first two years and beyond. Therefore, we will guarantee all of our concrete flatwork as follows:

• Within a one-year period if any flatwork we have poured cracks with an opening of 1/4" or bigger, we will replace it free of charge. If cracks are less than 1/4", we will seal the cracks with concrete silicone free of charge and will continue to monitor the crack.
• If any concrete has shifted 1/2" or more up or down within the one year, we will replace it free of charge.
• If any concrete spalling on the surface occurs within a one-year period, we will repair it at our cost. (Please note that salt on new concrete during the winter months is very bad, and you should to use caution.)
• If any problem occurs during this period, notify us and we will take care of the problem free of charge, including both material and labor. Occasionally a concrete problem may be caused by the quality of concrete. Accordingly, our supplier has agreed to warrantee the quality of their concrete materials for the same period as stated above.
