Applewood Quality Builders has experience working on commercial projects with the city and on government related contracts.

Loft - Denver Rock Drill Works

You can see an example of our Commerical work in LODO at 39th and Williams. 

The customer wanted a second colored sidewalk poured next to the original one.  You can see here the ground work and general preperation required to pour quality concrete.  The ground that the concrete will rest on must be carefully cleaned and graded.  Then it will be  compacted by compactor.

Then the forms are laid and inspected by the site owner.  Next, the concrete truck comes and we pour.  You can see our workers manipulating the concrete such that it will come out perfect.

Making it right is a time consuming job.  We place seams to control cracking the required places and then smooth it very carefully.

You can tell by the color that it is drying.  Soon, will remove the forms and perform a professional clean up on the site.  It will be safe to walk upon the next day.

Bus Stops

For the past few years, we have worked closely with Lamar Outdoor Advertising and Viacom who have contracts with the city of Denver and other cities to fabricate and install aluminum and glass bus stops and bus benches.
